One week of a plan of 1500cal.
Indeed.
Today is my day off, both from work and dieting, and I've had the pleasure of eating some tortillas and icecream. Ah~
And as my first week into dieting comes to an end, my weight isssss.... 65,6kg. Hmh. Not that bad.
Now. To tell you what shall be going on during week two.
Bananas and apples.
The banana diet is originally from Japan, where the craze was so big, some stores actually ran out of bananas at the time. The idea is to eat as many bananas as breakfast as you want to, and then eat normally for the rest of the day. The only drink you can have is water, and you can't eat anything after 8pm (20.00).
Why a banana? Well, bananas are an excellent source of fiber, which bulks up
in the stomach, lengthening feelings of fullness, and suposedly they pull some
calories through the digestive system before our bodies can absorve them. It also contains a special sort of resistant starch which increases fat-burning. The diet is based on the banana you eat in the morning keeping you feeling full for long, so you won't feel the need to eat as much during the day, and helping your body burn more fat than it would on it's own.
But, let's add something more to make this interesting.
The apple diet.
The apple diet is basically eating atleast one apple before any meal. There's really no more rules to it, except that you should only have three bigger meals a day. It's also recomended to associate the diet with healthier meals, to loose weight faster.
It's based on pretty much the same thing as the banana diet. Apples are also filled with fiber, bulking up the stomach, making you feel more full and for a longer period of time, so eating one before your normal meal will make you consume much less of it as you would normally. Apples are also said to pull calories through your body faster, so the calories on your meal will get out of your body before ending up on your thighs.
Mn.
So.
2 bananas in the morning. No coffee, no juice, no soda, just water. It's recomended that the water is close to room-temperature.
For lunch, an apple, then whatever I want to.
For dinner, an apple, then whatever I want to.
If I want to snack on something? An apple.
And eating all together is to be done before 8pm.
Get it? Got it? Good.

Day four, five and six
God. I'm so tired from work.
Hmn. Haven't really eaten anything special.. Keeping everything below 1500cal.
If it has been under, I haven't minded. As long as I don't feel weak, hungry and don't go over that amount.
Also been walking alot with a friend and once by myself too. We've been walking this a little over 4km route with my dog.. Atleast our dog's been enjoying himself :D Not that we haven't liked it too.
Mnh. I'm too tired to write anything more. Hopefully I'll be more productive tomorrow~

Day two and three
Yups.
Still on 1500cal.
Yesterday I had some creamcheese with ricecakes, an apple, few cups of coffee, cigarettes, cereal annnd baked veggies with a little rice and beef.
Today I've had cereal, a few cigarettes plus coffee aaand an apple. Prolly gonna eat some chicken later on and a few ricecakes. Again.
For exersize I've been on a long walk with my friend yesterday, and if not today, I'll so some crosstraining. Also I've been at work and yesterday wondered around in Helsinki, in this application-for-a-school-info-interview-thingy. Next week I'll get the results of it.
Also. Hair extensions. I'm tired of short hair, and I'm going to sow some extensions in, to get a hippy-summer-sort-of-look. (:
... Something else? Uh.. gonna cut my brother's hair.
Today shall be lazay~

Day 1.
Hmn, you don't actually even notice you're hungry if you have something to do. It's when you stop for a moment that makes it hard not to eat as much.
Yesterday I had my last goods, a pile of icecream. Mmmn~ I miss the taste of chocolate already haha :D
But for my experiments sake, no can do. No goods for Niki.
I ate a few ricecakes with creme cheese, drank a cup of coffee and smoked a cigarette in the morning. For lunch I had one ricecake with cheese and some strawberried and some coffee and a cigarette. For dinner, ricecakes again and a nice piece of chicken. Ofcourse I tried to gobble up water during the day too.
When I got out of work, I decided to inspire myself a little while cleaning up my room. So, I took a bunch of magazines, 17kg of magazines to be exact, and placed them in nice stack. Why? Well. 17kg is about what I'll have to loose, so for motivation, everytime I loose a pound/kilo I get to take us much magazines off of my stack. Not to meantion all the pretty girls staring at me from these fashion magazines...
I also changed my background pic into some thinspirational pics, hoping that the pressure of looking at those goodlooking women will keep me away from the goods. And the awful thing I have to do? I'm giving up my money to my father for safe keeping. That means no buying stuff. Means I can't buy snacks.
I've done this trick once before, only asking for the money if I actually needed to buy/pay something that I had to, and guess what? No snacking on goods. I recomend this to all of you who have a bad habit of picking some sweets from the store on the way home, but are going on a goodystrike.
Tomorrow I'll be in an interview for a school I've applied to. Wish me luck! And depending on when I get home, prehaps a few hours of intense exersize.

Starting Out
Raise your hand if everywhere you go, all you seem to see is skinny girls, clothes that don't fit you and weightlose challenges and new ways to diet.
Indeed, the presure of being super skinny is affecting girls everywhere.
I'm not an exception to this matter.
Who am I and what am I doing here? Well..
I'm your everyday 20 year old girl really, nothing much special about me.
What am I doing? This part is more interesting.
I'm going to start an extreme diet, to shed kilos till being an american size 1 or 0.
For science! Or rather my own interest.
I want to test out some bizarre diets on the way, tell you what I eat and how I feel, how people react to me as I start getting smaller.
I truly want an answer to the question "Does skinny equal happiness?".
Thus I start my journey for a slimmer figure.
Let me give you some at the moment measurements.
Weight: 67,7 kg/148,9lbs
Height: 158cm/5'2"
BMI: 27,12 (slightly overweight)
Aaand here a picture of this chubby bunny.
My face? Oh no. Not showing that untill I manage to drop a few pounds and won't be embarresed to be assosiated with this body of mine.
I'll be starting tomorrow, with a diet of 1500 calories per day, no goodies and a huge increase in excersize. Not starting off with so much of an extreme, mostly so that my body will get used to less food and all that.
Hmn. I'm also going to write about my thoughts on what I see and hear of everything related to this subject, in addition to how I'm getting along.
